As a staff member at MIT you are eligible to participate in Microsoft’s Software Assurance Home Use Program (HUP).
This program allows you to get a licensed copy of most Microsoft® Office desktop PC (and Mac OS X) applications to install and use on your personal home computer (not an MIT supplied computer) at a very small cost.
Under the Home Use Program, you may acquire a licensed copy of the corresponding Home Use Program software to install and use on your personal computer.
You may continue to use HUP software as long as you are employed at MIT, and as long as the corresponding software you use at work has active Software Assurance coverage.

To access the Microsoft Home Use Program website:
2. Select the country (New Zealand) that your order is to be shipped to and choose the correct language setting.
3. Enter your full MIT email address (firstname.lastname@manukau.ac.nz) and insert the following program code: CE301DE99F (NB: This program code is uniquely assigned to Manukau Institute of Technology for access to this site. It is not permitted to share this program code with anyone outside the organization.)
4. An email will then be sent to your MIT address.
5. Follow the instructions and place your order online (using your personal credit card details), and it will be shipped to your chosen location. Please note a fulfillment fee will be charged for packaging, shipping, and handling costs.
