You can restart your MIT Desktop if it won’t launch or seems stuck using below simple instructions
1. Open your favorite internet browser and navigate to our BYOD portal https://apps.manukau.ac.nz.
2. Log in with your username only and password.
3. When you successfully logged in , click on ‘Details ‘ and select Restart
4. Confirm ‘Restart ‘ at the message prompt to complete the process
5. Once completed , try to launch MIT Desktop , if still not successful please
contact service desk on 09 968 7600 option 2 for further help
