Kiosk application allows MIT staff to access payroll information, staffs need to login with their employee number and password (note this password is different to normal MIT password). If you have forgotten your password please contact payroll on ext. 8964 or email them at email@example.com
To access Kiosk outside of MIT please follow simple instructions below:
1. Installing Citrix Receiver (if you already have citrix receiver installed follow step 2)
a. Power up your device and ensure you are connected to the Internet.
b. Open your favorite internet browser and visit https://www.citrix.com/go/receiver.html
c. Click on “Download Receiver for Windows”, installer file for citrix receiver will start to download on your computers default location ( Note blue download button also mentions version number of citrix receiver which might change as new version of receiver becomes available )
d. Double click on the downloaded file to start installation, accept all default and click ‘Finish’ at the end to complete the install. *Note: you do not need to “Add an account”.
2. Launch BYOD portal to access Kiosk app
a. Open favorite internet browser and navigate to BYOD portal via https://apps.manukau.ac.nz and login with your staff username and password.
Important: Please always choose ‘Allow’ or ‘Activate’ BYOD portal to use citrix receiver to open apps at message prompt.
b. Click on Kiosk to launch application and login with your employee number and password as normal.
