Complete the following steps to unblock the Receiver plug-in pop-up:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Right-click the blocked plug-in icon\u00a0in the address bar.\n<div class=\"sectionWrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/support.citrix.com\/simg\/?eid=ka360000000Cumh&amp;feoid=00N60000002Sl0C&amp;refid=0EM60000000PgeG\" alt=\"User-added image\" \/><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select one of the following options:<br \/>\n<b>Always allow plug-ins on<\/b> server_name<br \/>\nOR<br \/>\n<b>Run all plug-ins this time<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Alternatively browse to following address in your Chrome:<br \/>\nchrome:\/\/plugins\/<br \/>\nMake sure Citrix Plug-in is enabled<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Note<\/b>:\u00a0It is important to have the latest version of Citrix Receiver installed on your operating system.If you are experiencing issues with Citrix Receiver for Windows, complete the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Run the tool (refer to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/support.citrix.com\/article\/CTX137494\" target=\"_blank\">Receiver Clean-Up Utility<\/a>) to clean-up a corrupt or previous installation of Citrix Receiver.<br \/>\n<strong>Note<\/strong>: If using Windows, go to\u00a0<b>Control Panel<\/b> &gt; <b>Programs and Features<\/b> or <b>Add\/Remove Programs <\/b>and ensure<b>\u00a0<\/b>that the Citrix Receiver software is no longer present.<\/li>\n<li>Restart your computer.<\/li>\n<li>Download and install the latest Citrix Receiver.
