Canvas is Manukau Institute of Technology\u2019s Learning Management System(LMS).
\nCanvas is the central place where you will engage with your learning material during your course.<\/p>\n

First Visit to Canvas:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

If this is your first visit to Canvas,\u00a0 you must change your default password (mit$ID) that you receive, by visiting the reset password page below
\nhttps:\/\/reset.manukau.ac.nz\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Then follow through the instructions to change your password.<\/p>\n

Once you have changed your password successfully, you are ready to login to Canvas.<\/p>\n

1. Go to canvas.manukau.ac.nz<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Log in by using your Manukau student email address and your new password.<\/p>\n

\n3. This should take you to the Canvas page. First time users will be promoted to accept<\/p>\n

4. Click on the dashboard icon and you will see all the courses in which you have been enrolled:<\/p>\n

Second or Subsequent Visit to Canvas:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Go to canvas.manukau.ac.nz<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Enter your full MIT email address and your password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This should take you to the Canvas page.<\/p>\n
